But what if...

And if the ground we walk on would be so hot, a point we can no longer walk on the surface? Would we make peace with our god(s), would others start to believe in the existence of some higher being, would others still find a way of blaming the warming of the globe thing. Definitely, something is always there to hold the blame; we all know that. This is how society has molded us, for the hedonists, it is the poor that come in their way and for the paupers the rich have shared their hard earned breadbaskets and what was left was the hard crumbs for them to fight for. But what if all this changed, that all we desired in life came to pass, that we lived in our very dreams, would life be as we know it? would we wake up with the zeal, the hope and aspirations, goals that keep us going everyday? Or would there be suicides still?, and the drug peddlar, would he still get his clientelle? would there be the red light districts anymore?
This time the society would grind to a stand still, and on a deeper thought, is it this grim? That the social evils keep the society alive? The system as we know it, is run by dirty money, laundered by the same society they have an alliance with. If we all had it our way, would we be happy? Would you?
